Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Operations and Dispatch teams. The ideal candidate will have Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and a customer-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Bilingual is a plus Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Edison, NJ Pay: $18.50 What's the Job? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner Track and manage delivery routes Process changes or cancellations to orders Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries What's Needed? High School diploma or Equivalent 1- year related experience preferably within a call center environment Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues Solid ability to multitask with exceptional Organizational skills Ability to Thrive under pressure while delivering solutions What's in it for me?
