Our client, a leading toy manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, solution-focused and flexible which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Location: El Segundo, California Pay Range: $22-27.50/hour What's the Job? Day to day support to HR Business partners, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and HR Communications Documenting employee lifecycle in HR system Provide reporting to HR team Ensure compliance and integrity of all HR systems data What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years experience as a coordinator or similar HR role MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Experience with HCM systems and digitally enabled processes, Workday preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat and InDesign as well as AdobeSign preferred What's in it for me?
