Job Description: We are in need of an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to supervise our company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. This individual should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional numerical efficiency, and have meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Preparing and submitting sales taxes. Managing payroll and related taxes. Reconciling balance sheets and bank accounts. Generating detailed financial reports statements as necessary. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. Requirements Required Qualifications: A minimum of a 2-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role. Extensive experience with payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and knowledge in accounting software such as QuickBooks. Solid time-management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper. Understanding of account reconciliation and expense tracking. Capacity to work under pressure with minimal supervision, and commitment towards meeting deadlines.
