Description We are in search of a Director of Marketing to join our team in Miami Beach, Florida. This role revolves around leading and executing marketing strategies, managing brand communications, and driving business growth in our industry. You'll also be expected to demonstrate strong aptitude for hospitality, networking, and client interaction, along with excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities: Develop, distribute, and manage all print and social media promotional content, as well as website and email marketing. Coordinate marketing collateral, budget development, and cost tracking. Adhere to brand tone and assets to ensure consistency throughout all external communication touchpoints. Lead the production, execution, and delivery of necessary marketing items, including property collateral, events collateral, and programming collateral. Work as an internal press representative to field media requests, interviews, speaking engagements, and manage social media content. Support with excellent copywriting skills for press releases, public statements, quotes, speeches, social media captions, and crisis communication. Coordinate noteworthy website updates across all departments. Lead execution of all advertising initiatives, both online and offline. Direct internal teams on distributing all businesses' social media content to scale engagement on Instagram. Facilitate the various marketing needs of the teams and our valued partners. Manage vendor invoices with the accounting team. Collaborate with an external PR agency for Public Relations Management. Handle Arts, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Sales Collateral and Brand Development. Requirements Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Marketing role Extensive knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) is required Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is necessary Familiarity with Facebook Insights for data analysis and campaign tracking Experience with Google AdWords for managing PPC campaigns Proficiency in Google Analytics for website traffic reporting Experience in creating and managing advertisements across various platforms Proven track record in increasing brand awareness Experience in campaign planning and execution Knowledge of collateral management is a must Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling brand messages Creative writing skills for drafting engaging content Ability to draft press releases that accurately represent company news and updates.
