Description Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing case preparation and court filings for complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management. Draft, proofread, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials. Maintain and organize case files, including electronic filing systems. Coordinate witness interviews, depositions, and court appearances. Summarize depositions and trial transcripts. Requirements Qualifications: 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Knowledge of e-filing systems and court procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Paralegal certification or degree preferred.
