Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Manager, located in San Francisco, California, to join our team. This role provides a short-term contract employment opportunity in the financial industry. As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be expected to handle the company's accounts and manage trade spend activities, which could lead to more effective promotional strategies and reliable receivables collection. Responsibilities: Overseeing accounts receivable and ensuring all payments are collected from clients or customers in a timely manner. Managing the finances related to trade spend activities, including budgeting for these expenses, tracking the return on investment, and analyzing the effectiveness of these strategies. Setting credit limits and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed regarding credit and collections. Working closely with the sales and marketing departments to plan and implement effective trade spend strategies. Managing a team of accounts receivable clerks or staff, ensuring they are well-coordinated and efficient. Utilizing various software systems such as Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage and track financial activities. Overseeing the billing functions and cash handling activities within the organization. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Maintaining accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications efficiently. Handling all aspects of accounts receivable (AR) including the management of cash activity.
