Job Title: Front Desk CoordinatorJob Description The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of the organization, handling reception and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include travel coordination, office supply management, executive credit card reconciliation, catering, and maintaining the internal company website. This role also supports administrative process improvements, company events, and collaborates with Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants, and Managers to achieve corporate goals. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Wilsonville, Oregon. Work Environment 7:30 - 5:00 M-F Onsite. Professional office environment with mobility throughout the facility, including the manufacturing floor.
