Job Posting: IT Training Support AnalystLocation: Onsite, Scottsdale, AZ 85258Shift Info: Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)Pay Rate: $65 - $70 per hourJob SummaryThe Epic Training Support Analyst is responsible for the creation and management of online training materials, report writing, and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), application trainers, and application analysts to develop and deliver effective online learning content. The analyst will also work closely with the LMS administrator and Training Coordinators to streamline enrollment tracking, report development, and participate in process improvement efforts.Job RequirementsRequired:Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in education, instructional design, or business-related fields (economics, finance, or accounting) or equivalent work experience.2+ years of training experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Knowledge of healthcare operations.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant clinical or business field.Training experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.Experience with curriculum development using e-learning software.ResponsibilitiesDevelop interactive online courses from source materials provided by trainers and SMEs, such as scripts, storyboards, and presentations.Identify and utilize effective training media (eLearning, AI, Virtual Reality) to create, edit, and publish production-ready material.Create coursework with practice exercises and knowledge checks to drive knowledge retention.QA final courses for accuracy and refresh instructional programs as needed to ensure content remains current.Propose new curriculum ideas, group discussions, and demonstrations to enhance training programs.Facilitate, organize, and ensure proper logistics for new employee orientation and ad hoc training sessions.Act as a proctor for application certification.Develop and run reports on class attendance and logistics as requested.Maintain training logistics, including the management of the training calendar and training email box.Record and monitor post-training evaluation results; prepare and disseminate training reports as required.Perform work independently while taking conceptual direction from leadership.Develop training delivery plans in conjunction with project timelines.Understand and utilize the IT Project Management toolset for successful initiative completion.Perform other duties as assigned, complying with organizational policies and procedures.Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hourSearch managed by: Shruti Srinivas Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
