POSITION OBJECTIVEMembership Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the Club's marketing initiatives and CRM. Coordinate with the staff members to develop and implement the Club's overall strategic marketing plan promoting membership products, services, and events to members and targeting new member prospects. Utilizing consistent messaging and branding, the Membership Marketing Coordinator tells the story of the Club's value of membership.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResearch and develops effective marketing strategies which promote the Club, including but not limited to mobile, website, multimedia, etc.Manage the CRM to ensure workflow and automated messaging is up to date.Routinely analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and procedures.Design marketing collateral content and materials to promote membership and products and services.Responsible for the creation, content, editing and improvement of the Club's Website, monthly Newsletter and other communication media such as member eblasts and event flyersManage the Club at Hammock Beach Instagram and Facebook social media channels to maximize engagement and awareness.Responsible for processing all new and resigned membership agreements, verifying correct membership levels, payment choice, as well as updating Club's databases and hard and electronic filesResponsible for maintaining and tracking pertinent information to enable the Director of Membership to produce the month end reportsResponsible for ordering necessary office supplies for the Membership OfficeMust be available to work some member events in the evenings, holidays and some weekends. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PublisherWorking knowledge of Graphic Design Platform CanvaMust acquire working knowledge of Jonas for membership processing and member billingMust acquire working knowledge of membership card software and Hubspot CRMAbility to handle members in a gracious and professional mannerExcellent verbal, telephone and written skillsAbility to handle diversified workloadBachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent degree preferred but not requiredOne to three years of marketing experience or the ability to demonstrate marketing proficiency skillsSPECIAL SKILLS Able to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environmentMust be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend and lift up to 15 lbs.Possess and able to present a professional demeanor at all times to Members and Guests.
