summary ResouceMFG Direct Hire opening Maintence Techinicain Pay $23-26 1st Shift 7am-7pm 2nd 7pm-7am Reads and understands electronic and electrical schematics; draws sketches to clarify design details and functional criteria of electronic units.• Reads and understands mechanical schematics; draws sketches to clarify design details and functional criteria of mechanical systems.• Design, install, maintain, and replace automation systems at key points in the production process• Troubleshoot non-functioning components including servos, sensors, and control components• Troubleshoot PLC hardware and software issues.• Complete IML Set up and Trouble shooting• Complete Heat Transfer Machine(s) set up and troubleshooting.• Log equipment usage, parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum functionality• Periodically report to leadership regarding automation capabilities and status• Identify root causes of downtime, poor production performance, non-conforming product and scrap• Continuous Improvement through optimization of all plant processes• Required to maintain backups of programs from all electrical devices• Diagnose, analyze and repair electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipment using meters, gauges and other testing methods.• Apply knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic devices and principles to install, repair, and/or replace defective equipment.• Assembles experimental circuitry of complete prototype models according to engineering instruction, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components and their functions.• Recommends changes in circuitry of installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.• Understands and is able to trouble-shoot and repair solid-state motor drives, solid-state temperature controllers, and computer-based controllers.• Analyzes and interprets data from solid-state motor drives and controllers scope meters and other troubleshooting equipment.• Adjusts, calibrates and aligns circuitry and components and records effects on unit performance.• Must be able to check newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.• Assist management in writing and updating standard maintenance procedures and work instructions. Verify accuracy of work instructions in assigned areas and suggest changes to supervisor/team leader.• Troubleshoots and resolves equipment problems while demonstrating proactive maintenance concepts and employees' best practices.• Complete/perform PM assignments and documentation as scheduled.regarding safety/quality/production concerns. required-skills: Appy Today # nowhiring high School Diploma/GEDrequired-experience: 3 Years
