Every role has an impact on our patients' lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Data Automation Specialist like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications The Data and Automation Specialist I is responsible for auditing and seeking out new ways to improve data integrity within the ROi supply chain tool suite. This role is also given the task to continually strive to improve the process and consistency in which content is gathered and shared throughout all points of integration within the supply chain suite. The supply chain consists of systems that support the ordering, distribution, conversion and consumption of Medical Surgical and Pharmaceutical products, but is also considerate of downstream systems impact. ROi's ability to effectively manage supply chain operations is dependent on reliable and consistent data content. Maintaining a high standard of data integrity and reducing the amount of redundancy and manual process is crucial to the success of this role. In conjunction with assigned projects, this role interacts with IT, content, supply chain, and operations customers to solicit and build consensus around data management and established data standards. This position continually optimizes supply chain tools and processes to improve and enhance the process and value of supply chain information available. Continually seek out ways to automate or reengineer inefficient processes to include: Working with reporting and modeling experts to assist in the design and setup of system and data driven audits of system content, both within the system and between systems Set-up and conduct audits under supervision or guidance from the manager or higher level specialist. Continually seek out new or improved ways of expanding the use of currently available MMIS applications Assist the Content Management team with day to day maintenance and management of content being created Being accountable for the set-up and the ongoing maintenance of all content being created within the supply chain tools suite Monitoring data integrity based on established parameters and taking appropriate steps to achieve exceptional data integrity, timely data input, and meet expected service levels What qualifications you will need: Bachelor's degree Required 1+ year(s) of experience in operations or health care supply chain setting Required Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience HealthTrust Supply Chain ( is a critical part of HCA Healthcare's strategy.
