Join us!What we're seeking:As an Outside Connectivity Sales Manager for Frontier's Consumer Direct Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in the field supervision, development, and overall execution of a geographically dispersed outside sales team. You will oversee sales activities & focus on enabling sales success for each member of your team. You will lead from the front and act as a force multiplier for your team by removing obstacles, motivating, performance managing, and providing support at an individual this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Corpus Christi, TX work location to complete your work responsibilities.The sales territory will include: Corpus Christi, TX, Texas. work locations can change due to business needs.What we need in you:You are a successful, dynamic leader who thrives in an environment where effort and execution from your team are directly correlated with earning potential, as we offer performance-based commissions/rewards. You have robust yet expedient skills in project management and prioritizing multiple initiatives. Utilizing your enthusiasm and experience in building and motivating sales teams will be imperative in accomplishing goals.You understand the art of door-to-door sales practices and how to be successful in direct sales, especially with cable or telecommunications services.If you are results-driven, customer-focused, with a passion for sales & people leadership, we invite you to apply for our opportunity.What you'll do:Responsible for both achieving and maintaining the budgeted headcount, in addition to surpassing sales targetsEngage in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of front-line outside sales agentsEstablish clear expectations and ensure employees are held accountable when those expectations are not met, maintaining a consistent and fair approachMaintain familiarity with the reporting and analytics necessary to drive and support business decisionsFoster collaboration with other departments and support teams to attain goals and objectivesAllocate work, with approximately 60% involving fieldwork and 40% office workProvide coaching and drive adherence to Frontier's Consumer Sales MethodologyCommunicate territory/leads assignments to Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists on a regular basisAddress employee relation issues, including conducting performance appraisals, offering coaching, and providing training as neededComplete administrative tasks associated with all sales activities and ensure that your team does the samePossess a comprehensive understanding of Frontier's product offerings and value proposition in serviceable marketsMaintain a current, in-depth awareness of the marketplace, including competition, and cultivate positive and professional relationships with customers, business partners, and colleaguesFulfill any other duties as requested by leadershipWhat we offer: Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it. Some of which we're most proud to offer include:Salary Range: $61,000 - $155,00020 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per yearDay one medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensationSame-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave, and up to $10k in adoption program assistanceWhat background you should have:Ability to motivate, lead, & drive a sales team to successProficiency in the English language, encompassing reading, writing, & speakingExceptional interpersonal & professional communication skills and organizational aptitudeProficiency in Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint; able to learn the use of new technology stack tools with easeAbility to accommodate non-traditional work hours, including evenings and weekendsCapability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities, even in adverse weather conditions, using a dependable personal vehicleCapability to work outdoors for extended durations regardless of the season or inclement weatherPossession of a valid driver's license, maintaining a satisfactory driving record according to Company standards, and having auto insuranceProficiency in completing documentation with precisionKnowledge of cable or telecommunications servicesRequired Education & Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing, or 3+ years equivalent work experience in salesPreferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:Knowledge of Direct Sales / Door-to-Door sales practicesPrior leadership/supervisory experience (preferably in sales)Experience with consumer education of products and servicesFrontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
