The Warehouse Inventory Associate is responsible for directing the warehouse inventory associates in manufacturing and warehouse inventories across various locations, focused on retailers. We are passionate about our people, technology, and process because when you succeed, we succeed.Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of ageWillingness to travel with paid overnights includedPreferred prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environmentWe are also looking for associates with experience in Stock and Merchandising workWe encourage applications from candidates who:Returning to the workforceHave military experienceDo not have a high school or college degreeCompletes WIS count reconciliation processes, and directs customers on completing tablet verificationsProvides direction to warehouse associates, performs first counts, performs first count verifications on warehouse associates and executes the inventory planExhibits exemplary customer service, including but not limited to, professional and timely communication, a sense of urgency, and meeting expected service levelsPrior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferredFamiliarity of warehouse heavy equipment (i.e. forklifts, scissor lifts), warehouse bin locations and labeling stems used in warehouseAccess to reliable transportationWorking ConditionsThis position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to frequently travel via car and/or plane, including overnight stays; the ability to work for extended periods of time (10-12 hours per event).
