Description The REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies) Account Director is responsible for providing ongoing client support, consultative support, and recommendations to clients and internal Engagement Center colleagues to align business requirements with Engagement Center services, system capabilities, and account management responsibilities. The Account Director supports all aspects of ongoing client operational programs, including interacting with Syneos Health internal functional teams as it relates to discovery, analysis, design, and operational management activities needed to support client ongoing business needs, continuous improvement initiatives, and existing client expansion/ evolution projects.
