Financial Customer Service Representative (Remote)LHH recruitment Solutions is seeking a Call Center Financial Services Customer Support Representative to join our clients team working from home on a temporary basis of up to 6 months. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Customer Service Representative and responsible for handling incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions. These calls relate to checking accounts, debit card issues, ACH transfers, bill payments, etc. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while adhering to required call-handling techniques. You will work under supervision for routine tasks, with general guidance provided for special assignments.Location: 100% RemoteShifts: 8AM EST - 5PM EST / 10AM EST - 7PM ESTCompensation: $18 - $21 per hour depending on experience and location'Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.'Key Responsibilities:Respond to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions regarding checking, debit cards, ACH, and bill payments.Provide top-notch customer service by adhering to required call techniques, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, courteously, and with a high level of accuracy.Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner.Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in every customer interaction.Work with supervision on standard tasks, and handle special tasks with general guidance.Maintain a high level of accuracy when addressing customer concerns.Typical Day-to-Day Activities:Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers.Resolve customer issues related to financial products and services.Document call details and customer interactions in the system.Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and call handling techniques.Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved.Provide feedback to supervisors on common customer issues and suggest improvements.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or customer service is a plus.Prior experience working as a Customer Relations Representative for a Bank/ Financial Services group with Product and Process knowledge.Proven experience in call center customer service, preferably in the financial services sector (1-3 years).Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide high-quality customer service.Familiarity with banking products, payment systems, and financial transactions (checking, debit cards, ACH, bill payments).Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple types of inquiries.Ability to follow structured processes and maintain high accuracy levels.Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.Ability to work under supervision and follow established guidelines.Experience in financial services or call center operations is a plus.Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jason Timothy Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
