Will take part in:Ensures company maintains compliance of federal regulations and policies. Assisting candidates/employees in securing the necessary work permits in the U.S. Monitoring and supporting immigration casework from start to finish, including the reviewof candidate´s credentials, case assessment, document collection, ensuring appropriaterecord keeping, monitoring work permit´s expiration dates, and tracking case´s progressuntil its completion. Working directly with the attorney on reviewing and filing non-immigrant visa petitions toUSCIS and U.S. consulates. Leading communication and coordinating H-1B visa program. Supporting preparation of Requests for Evidence (RFE) responses. Providing support to visa/immigration needs and proactively identify ways to streamlineand standardize immigration processes.Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business communications, creative writing, journalism, or communications and 1 year of experience in the skill sets listed in the jobdescription. Minimum Salary: 66331 Maximum Salary: 66331 Salary Unit: Yearly
