Description: Call Center Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and policy updates. Data Entry: Accurately input and manage important client and policyholder data. Processing: Handle annuity applications, document verification, and ensure timely processing. Skills: Data entry, customer service, documentation process, Microsoft office, data entry computer, document imaging Additional Skills & Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent typing and data entry skills Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
