Description: Skill set should include Prior experience in Telcom/ Construction/ design, prior training or education experience preferred Process Analysis experience required: Experience writing standard operating procedures, PowerPoint, Microsoft suite experience & Fluency required Create documents that explain how the department processes flow in collaboration with the Lead PM team & Operations groups Create a plan: Make a structured plan for the process. Assign tasks: Assign tasks to people who will be involved in the process. Test the process: Test the process after creation with core SME's Helps develop & implements with the training group Integrate the process: Integrate the process into the company's operations. Make changes: Make any changes to the process that are needed. Document and define all version/ changes in change log within the process document Ensure everyone understands the processes and can follow easily.
