Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to compete in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and determine the most effective training methods. Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to deliver sales training programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure flawless execution. Develop and support other Commercial Trainings such as Advanced Sales Training and Regional Director Training Aligned with Internal Partners and Marketing Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Experience and Skills: Required: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a sales trainer, successful medical device sales experience or in a similar role within the medical sales industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. Excellent Business and Interpersonal Skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Previous experience with e-learning platforms and tools. Knowledge of adult learning principles. Experience conducting virtual training sessions. Other: Proficiency in English is required. This role requires up to 50% travel within the United States. Relevant certifications in sales training or adult learning are preferred. Integrity Selling Certification. The base compensation for the role is between $76,000-$121,900. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
