Job Summary The Implementation Consultant is responsible for executing implementations of WaveMark Solutions at customer facilities. They serve as the primary onsite resource, supporting a cross functional project team within the WaveMark Project Management Office. As an Implementation Consultant, you will provide oversight for and perform tasks associated with improving customer's inventory management practices, hardware deployment, and system configuration. The Implementation Consultant is a critical member of our implementation team, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, leading on-site teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes. A successful candidate has project management and team leadership experience, has knowledge of hospital supply chain operations, is a self-starter, has strong communication skills, is well organized, and is comfortable and experienced in contacting and conversing with materials management personnel and clinical staff. A successful IS will demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships, have a collaborative approach in a team environment, possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills, and hold themselves accountable to the highest level of standards. Responsibilities Independently execute implementation project plans on a department level Responsible for system setup and configuration Anticipate project risks and recommend action for mitigation. Present and communicate project status updates to hospital personnel. Resolve conflicts across project team members and customers without functional intervention. Manage internal and external expectations to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned. Provides operational direction to lower-level personnel resources. Navigate various hospital settings and regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all onsite activities are on track. Organize, manipulate, and analyze large data sets in Excel Qualifications Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred 4+ years experience in related field preferred Lean Six Sigma or project management certification preferred Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx preferred) Knowledge of all acute healthcare supply chain areas and clinical operations preferred Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortable standing/walking for majority of work day Ability to work a flexible schedule and non-traditional hours as needed Ability to travel 80% of time Customer/Vendor credentialing is required (this may include vaccinations).
