Job Description Be responsible for the development, delivery, and facilitation of instructor-led and virtual technical, safety, and power systems trainings. Be a contributing member of the EESS training department, supporting and coordinating training events, including but not limited to, set-up, scheduling, travel, equipment, and material needs in conjunction with training coordinators and other personnel. Create, maintain, and update curricula, lesson plans, and classroom reference materials. Work closely and collaborate with EHS, HR, and Operations leaders to ensure the employee training and learning experience aligns with safety, onboarding, and technical upskilling needs. Be responsible for student evaluations, course evaluations, cost tracking, and continuous improvement efforts within training programs Be expected to apply knowledge of safe electrical work practices as described in National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) standard 70E and OSHA 1910 Subpart S. Support in-person training in other Eaton hub locations such as Houston, TX, or Chicago, IL on an as-needed basis. Skills and Requirements Bachelors in engineering or a related field or 5-10 years of equivalent work experience "ƒ4+ years of experience evaluating, testing, installing, or maintaining industrial and commercial power systems equipment. "ƒLooking for people that have operated electrical equipment or have done preventative maintenance. "ƒExperience doing insolation testing and primary circuit resistance testing.
