Job Description Description: The Manager of AI & Innovation will report to the CIO and work closely with firm lawyers and professional staff and be responsible for developing AI strategy and driving AI usage to improve workflow efficiencies and service value for clients. Looking for a manager or director level individual who is: "ƒSeeking to grow in role with next steps of being a director/c-suite "ƒAble to build out an AI & Innovation team in future with Data Scientists "ƒAble to write prompts and create a long-term vision, with ability to plan and execute short-term solutions "ƒExcellent with project management skills and the ability to consistently deliver on objective "ƒAble to champion AI innovation to a wide range of audiences and comfortable teaching, coaching, and mentoring lawyers and professional staff "ƒExcellent in verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities: "ƒDevelop integration strategies and plans for seamless incorporation of AI technologies into existing systems, processes, and workflows "ƒDrive usage of AI tools and services to create process improvements and increase quality of our work product "ƒCollaborate with invested parties to understand business requirements and objectives that could benefit from AI integration "ƒPromote and facilitate AI awareness, learning, and support for lawyers and professional staff "ƒCustomize AI solutions or develop custom AI algorithms, models, or applications tailored to specific business requirements "ƒConduct thorough testing and validation of AI integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance meet desired standards "ƒGuide lawyer understanding and presentation of AI solutions "ƒMaintain and promote an up-to-date inventory of all AI tools (applications, prompts, etc.) and services for us by our lawyers and professional staff "ƒFacilitate arrangements with vendors and manage the overall vendor management lifecycle to ensure that licenses are best leveraged by stakeholders, in partnership with the procurement team "ƒStay abreast of available and emerging AI technologies to support lawyers and professional staff with a range of solutions "ƒDevelop benchmarks to track and analyze successful implementation of projects "ƒConsistently meeting with the Technology committee to discuss new AI solutions for the firm "ƒSetting up training and polices for AI We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
