Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives through fostering collaboration and driving continual improvement for US CENTCOM. This work is on a 5-year contract located at MacDill AFB, FL and onsite expectation is 5 days per week. The current salary range stands between $150,000 to $160,000 annually. "ƒDevelop and implement comprehensive OCM plans for the CITS program, ensuring alignment with USCENTCOM and CITS goals, objectives, and timelines. "ƒLead OCM efforts during launch and transition periods of projects, including introduction of new technologies, processes, or team structures. "ƒConduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect operations; develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. "ƒCollaborate with program managers to align OCM activities with CITS program strategies, ensuring seamless integration of changes. "ƒProvides insight and support to USCENTCOM and CITS undergoing change, supporting and tailoring of execution plans to meet mission and program milestones and objectives "ƒLeads development of CITS-specific projects/efforts and proactively brings about change in people, process, and tools utilized for the transition efforts. "ƒServes as a catalyst in both technical and people leadership aspects of the job to harmonize the inputs of the team into a common organizational change approach and voice communicate the chang "ƒEmbed OCM strategies within the ITSM processes. "ƒLead workshops to educate IT teams on OCM principles, ensuring alignment with ITSM objectives and best practices. "ƒTrack the adoption of ITSM-related changes, using feedback mechanisms to measure success and identify areas for improvement. "ƒBring forward your technical domain knowledge in OCM to enrich a growing capability team focused on market leadership in the Defense Marketplace "ƒProactively involve stakeholders in OCM initiatives, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed through the change process. "ƒEnsure OCM efforts are aligned with the USCENTCOMs strategic objectives, contributing to long-term success and growth. "ƒTrain and coach leaders on how to effectively lead and manage change within their teams and departments. "ƒSpearhead large-scale change initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. "ƒCapture and document success stories from OCM initiatives, using them to build organizational knowledge and promote OCMs value. Skills and Requirements Active Secret clearance and able to obtain TS/SCI "ƒBachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related four (4) years additional experience in lieu of a degree "ƒFifteen (15) years progressive technical leadership experience, or nineteen (19) in lieu of a degree "ƒDemonstrated Knowledge and Experience in Organization Change Management (OCM) consulting with a focus on proactively leveraging people, process, and technology solutions that enable rapid change required by contract transitions within unclassified and classified execution environments. "ƒAbility or lead OCM efforts during launch and transition periods of projects and proactively bring out change in people, process, and tools utilized for transition efforts.
