Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Service Coordinator for a client in the La Palma, CA area. This person can also sit in Rancho Cucamonga if that works better for their commute. They will be responsible for supporting customers with maintenance support needed for jobsites. They will work with a partner on all projects. The day to day will consist of checking their emails, review the work orders from the previous day, submitting thorough notes on work orders, order parts if needed, scheduling, coordinate solving customer issues, and making sure all work orders are accurate to be billed correctly.
