Job Description Insight Global is offering an entry-level position within the debt-to-income team of a prominent home lending company in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will perform complex data and document validation, troubleshoot third-party orders (including title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, and credit), and calculate income for various investor types (FHA, VA, conventional). Additionally, the role involves evaluating loan applications for compliance with product guidelines and reviewing income documentation such as W2s and income statements. Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of loan processing are essential for success in this position.
