Job Title: Triage Registered NurseJob Description We are seeking a Triage Registered Nurse for our busy Sparta office. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, reach out to patients to check on their needs, and prepare them for upcoming visits or hospitalizations. You will address patients' symptoms and side effect management, work closely with physicians to discuss patient care needs, maintain comprehensive medical records, and provide clear instructions and education to patients via telephone. Other duties as assigned. Hard Skills 2 years minimum RN experience (target 3+ years) 1 year of triage experience Active RN license, BLS, and NJ state registration required BSN or accredited nursing degree preferred 1 year of oncology experience and certifications preferred Soft Skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Empathetic and patient-focused Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Sparta, New Jersey. Work Environment Work with one other triage RN in an office setting. The position is Mon-Fri, day shift 9-5pm, with potential flexibility within 30 minutes. There is a strong work-life balance with no on-call requirements.
