Clinical Research Nurse The Clinical Research Nurse will work in the Cancer Center in Kokomo, supporting current oncology trials, primarily Phase 2-3 studies. The role involves managing 5 enrolling studies and supporting a grant related to Bone Marrow Transplant and cellular therapy starting in December. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy and ensuring compliance with clinical research protocols. Hard Skills Registered Nurse Bone Marrow Transplant or stem cell therapy experience 2 years of experience working in oncology Chemo certified or willing to obtain certification Must obtain CCRC within 3 years of hire Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Kokomo, Indiana and some days remote. Work Environment The schedule will vary based on the patient schedule, potentially working 3-12 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts, with no patient appointments on Fridays. There is some flexibility to work from home on Fridays. The nurse will work with one other research nurse at the location and have support from the research staff in North Indianapolis. The role involves moving between the research building/office and the outpatient clinic in the hospital, which are adjacent to each other.
