Sr. Facilities Analyst Job ID 186483 Posted 26-Sep-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America About the Role: The purpose of this position is to partner with the Facilities Management team in coordinating the completion of multiple functions related to building operations and maintenance for a commercial facility, campus, or a portfolio of buildings. What You'll Do: Oversees and coordinates building maintenance/repair, landscaping and janitorial work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors. Responds to client inquires and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports. May coordinate and lead (MAC) move, add, and change activities. Develops and maintains vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures accurate cost center coding. Reviews periodic reports including financials and explains variances. Works with finance team to correct errors. Uses PC and/or PDA for work order systems, email, process and procedure training. Other duties may be assigned. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks. What You'll Need: It is preferred that the person in this role resides in the Pacific Time Zone. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedent. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Analyst position is $32.69 per hour and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Analyst position is $36.06 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
