Company : Allegheny Health Network Job Description : JOB SUMMARY The incumbent oversees and drives the incoming technology request process of strategic and complex projects across various business streams within the enterprise. As a people leader, the incumbent establishes strategic goals, collaborates with senior executives, and ensures alignment of the portfolio and individual project objectives with the business strategy and vision. This job is responsible for managing project governance, risk, quality, resource allocation, and value delivery while leading a team and executing various projects, programs, and initiatives. This role will partner with leaders to transform the business through effective project delivery, maximizing adoption through change management, and streamlining processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality. The incumbent is responsible for directing and managing incoming technology request processes in support of the digital strategy and providing oversight on the organization's technology acquisition and maintenance requests, including developing and managing the related policies, standards, and controls. The incumbent partners with internal stakeholders to understand, analyze, and plan for technology needs, including metrics, reporting, dashboards, etc. Additionally, this role provides issues support to determine a path to resolution. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity (20%). Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution (15%) Establish and enforce project governance processes and standards, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases (15%) Continuously assess and improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of Technology and Digital Health tools (15%). Collaborates with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment of the portfolio and individual project objectives with the business strategy and vision (10%) Collaborate with other parts of divisional IT, Corporate IT, and other staff departments, external partners and customers to ensure adequate and timely delivery of services, in line with agreed service levels (10%). Promote a high-performance culture by cultivating and motivating direct/indirect reports through coaching, mentoring, and by providing regular and meaningful feedback (15%) EXPERIENCE Required 7 years of experience with project/program management 5 years of management/leadership "‹ Preferred 5 years of risk management and mitigation 5 years of change management 5 years of project portfolio management (PPM) tools (Eg - JIRA) 3 years of agile methodologies 3 years of budgeting and financial management "‹ SKILLS Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, strong project management expertise, and proven track record of driving initiatives. Pay Range Minimum: $55.60 Pay Range Maximum: $87.85 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
