Required Skills: Privacy Program Manager Responsibilities: Oversee the product vision to lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products to support Privacy program audit and oversight. Create the product roadmap and develop an agile product roadmap to maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment. Get buy-In and establish shared vision across the teams by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution. Conduct market research to understand Meta's strategic direction and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry. Collaborate with engineering teams to drive product development working with the product manager and a team of engineers and designers. Assess risks to anticipate bottleneck and remove roadblocks impacting timelines and resource. Ensure launch readiness to test, communicate and enable operational readiness for a successful rollout. Measure product impact to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Support documentation to facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation. Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 60 months of experience in the following: End-to-end life cycle operations program management Process design and process improvement Influencing stakeholders and engineers, within a diverse, global, cross-functional team Owning end to product features with moderate to high level of complexity and scope Translating functional requirements into technical specifications Defining product capabilities and building product roadmaps to meet strategic goals Collaborating with internal teams to work on product requirements to meet compliance/regulatory controls across the enterprise Coordinating Software Development Lifecycle activities from intake to deployment Executing project management ceremonies in agile methodology Communicating with cross functional stakeholders on program status, and highlighted risks and dependencies Interfacing with end-users to determine and document functional requirements for data, reports, analysis, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, performance, and troubleshooting Delivering operational reporting to leadership, showcasing key performance metrics and KPIs Bringing in key insights into the program delivery and its operational success Public Compensation: $201,768/year to $217,690/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry: Internet Equal Opportunity: Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
