Job Description As Operations manager, this role will lead, grow, and manage a team of business analysts who work with project managers and support project financial management functions for a specific group of projects within the Consulting LOB. The leader needs a strong management mindset with the ability to develop and grow a high performing team. Success in this role means delivering results on project financial management activities including transaction controls, project hours management and forecasting, EACs, milestone management, invoicing and billing. Project Support Project Creation and Modifications Maintaining Project Transaction controls Project Hours management and Forecasting Support PMs in the EAC Process Milestone management Monitor Writeoffs (WAR) and Maintain Non-bill tasks Monitor and action Credit Holds Invoicing and billing Project Closure Management Build and retain high performing team Serve as escalation point for project managers who are supported by the team of BA's Support vision, objectives and initiatives as guided by Business Operations leadership Provide active coaching, development and feedback to the team Coordinate training and rollout of new business processes and systems How is success measured for the position? Support Project Managers in meeting Project Financial Commitments Forecasting Accuracy Revenue Results Profitability Management Timely support of project administration, invoicing and billing, EACs Build, manage and maintain a highly performing team of BA's Please describe the types and amounts of knowledge and experience typically required to successfully perform the proposed job. 3+ years of business operations experience Experience successfully navigating a matrixed organization to drive results Experience with business reporting Experience building a cohesive and collaborative team focused on driving customer outcomes Ability to maintain a positive attitude, especially in escalated circumstances A proven self-starter with the ability to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance Strong written and verbal communication skills Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
