Executive Assistant:Our client located in Phoenix is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. Usually this person is supporting two property management executives with full calendar and email inbox. This Executive Assistant could also be helping a board of directors or multiple executives with administrative support. The ideal candidate is flexible with working with an executive staff of five members as well. This position is a contract-to-hire opporutnity, with immense potential for growth within the organization.
