Reporting to the VP, Procurement Strategy, you will develop and implement a competency framework, drive career pathways, and enhance global leadership retention. You will manage 2 direct reports and 2 indirect reports. This role is based in Waltham, MA, with 25-35% domestic and international travel. It is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days in the office.What You'll DoDevelop and implement a competency framework for Procurement.Drive engagement and career pathways within the Procurement team.Lead the Functional Capability Build Program.Source, develop, and maintain Procurement training materials.Drive individual capability agendas across the Global Procurement Leadership Team.Define, measure, and report on people-related targets.Coordinate relationships with professional bodies.Support business-wide change activities.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience managing a team of 5.Proven track record in driving strategic change and building high-performing teams.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Experience in procurement and category excellence.Your RewardsEnjoy rewarding work and a collaborative culture.
