Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist II Location: Middletown, PA Job Type: Onsite - Full-Time, Monday - Friday (40 hours a week)Work Type: 1 year contract with possibility of extending two yearsPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Employee Relations and will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace environment. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and implementing HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations (Required).Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Proven ability to handle sensitive employee situations with tact and discretion.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Required).SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Manage and resolve employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to management and staff.Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.Advise on performance management processes, including performance reviews and improvement plans.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in recruitment and onboarding processes.Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Bahirah Noble Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
