LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Procurement Coordinator for a client of ours in the Cleveland, OH area. Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams.Become a subject matter expert on the P2P system (SMART by GEP).Provide high-quality support to end-users and troubleshoot access issues.Foster strong relationships with vendors.Assist in continuous improvement activities for pricing and catalog management.Identify areas of end-user risk and engage management early when performance issues arise.Actively contribute to process improvements throughout P2P and other procurement processes.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field1-3 years professional experience in procurement, sourcing, and/or supply chain managementStrong knowledge of procure-to-pay process and P2P/ERP systemsAdvanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsCollaborative and agile with strong communication skillsDetail-oriented and adaptable, self-starter with a sense of urgencyAbility to work in a team environmentStrong problem-solving skills Pay: $35 - 36/hr.Location: Cleveland, OHSchedule: Fully in office for training; hybrid with 2 days remote afterHours: 8 am to 5 pmJob Type: Contract - 12 months Please visit Search for Jobs LHH Career Finder & Employment Resources to apply for the Procurement Coordinator and view the other opportunities available through LHH.Pay Details: $35.00 to $36.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nikki Wypych Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
