Job Title: MarCom Manager Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is hybrid and full-time Why Imperative Care? What You'll Do As a senior professional in this field, a MarCom Manager will plan, develop and implement customer-focused, multi-channel marketing communications in support of Imperative Care's mission and strategy to elevate stroke care, build product awareness and generate strong leads. This position will contribute to internal and external brand communications initiatives by creating messaging and content and overseeing activation of initiatives across multiple channels including traditional media, social media and web. Collaborate with marketing and product management to align brand messaging across all outputs. Partner with physicians, clinicians, patients, and sales to leverage messages used for marketing programs and communications materials. Monitor customer and sales force needs to develop and/or recommend marketing tools and resources. Participate in the creation of digital, video, audio and print content in support of corporate and product needs Contribute to the planning and execution of industry events, tradeshows and conferences to increase the impact of our presence in such events. Oversee all social media channels for Imperative Care (corporate and product content) including: Strategy planning: partner cross-functionally to implement digital campaigns that enhance corporate and product brand awareness, provide guidance to the teams on social media strategies and methods, administer paid social and promotional strategy. Content creation: work cross-functionally to develop messaging and visual content specifically for social media, understand nuances of different social media platforms and know how to adjust messaging and visuals accordingly. Scheduling and approvals: lead digital campaigns across multiple social platforms, control social media calendar, set posting cadence and obtain timely approval of posts from regulatory. Reporting and analytics: design and implement appropriate measurements and KPIs to analyze messaging programs effectiveness and provide regular feedback, campaign status or issues to stakeholders including data-driven recommendations for improvement. General knowledge: stay current on latest digital technologies and social media trends and understand how to leverage these in a regulated environment. Oversee digital commercial programs and corporate website: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to identify, develop and improve virtual meetings, webinars, podcasts and other outlets to align messaging across all programs and platforms. Manage logistics and planning of digital programs and events Track and report on program performance and ROI leveraging HubSpot. Develop website content updates, using a content management platform. Track SEO and Google Analytics to gain insight into how customers are reaching our pages. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including managing social media platforms; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Prior medical device or bio-tech experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience with social media campaigns, SEO, keyword search and Google Analytics. Excellent copywriting skills, exceling in verbal and written communications. Extensive knowledge creating content for successful brand management. Understand digital marketing processes including paid search and paid social. Proficiency with marketing tools including Canva, HubSpot, Sprout Social or similar platforms and PC-based applications, including Microsoft 365 is required. Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, InDesign etc.) is preferred. Creative, goal-oriented problem-solver; self-motivated, proactive and collaborative. Effective team player, independent worker; able to prioritize, adapt, and work under pressure. Skilled time and project manager. Able to collaborate and communicate effectively in remote environments.
