Details: --> We have an Exiting career opportunity for a Lead Technician to join a leading Company located in Nashville, TN.The successful candidate must have experience with complex, IP-based, low-voltage systems installations and services. Systems include access control, IP & analog video, nurse calls, intrusion, structured cabling, and other types of low-voltage and network-based systems. This job will require attention to detail, professional appearance and behavior, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both self-directed and as a member of a crew team. Most work is completed during a normal 8-hour day, but all employees must be available for after-hours and weekends as required. Daily travel and some overnight travel are required.Responsibilities: Install, analyze, diagnose, and repair complex integrated low-voltage systems, including troubleshooting issues that may be related to network architecture, protocols or other network related factorsComplete major systems integrations, including system commissioningCommunicate with subcontractors and coordinate work with subcontractors as required to ensure efficient and timely completion of workConduct all customer interactions to drive a high degree of customer satisfactionIdentify and communicate opportunities to improve the value we can provide to customers, including communicating potential leads to appropriate resourcesComplete all required paperwork in a timely and complete mannerMaintain all company property and supplies, including but not limited to vehicles, tools, uniforms, parts, and documentationBasic Hiring Criteria:High School Diploma or equivalent with formal electrical training requiredMinimum 5 years of Security industry experienceMinimum 3 years in a lead-technician or other leadership roleMust pass a background check and drug screeningMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to work nights and weekends, if requiredMust be available for travel if requiredDesired Qualifications:Access control and IP video hardware and software installation experience are a must'Software House', 'Lenel', 'Identicard', 'Vanderbilt', 'Exacq', 'Milestone', 'Axis', 'American Dynamics', certifications are strongly preferredProficiency in network architecture and protocols, database management, and fiber opticsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with customers in a way that will best drive customer commitment and satisfaction Job Requirements Minimum Security Clearance: No Clearance Details: --> VEVRAA Federal Contractor / Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals / Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit or Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
