Position: HRIS AnalShift: 8 AM - 5 PM CST, Monday - FridayResponsibilities: Provide advanced reporting, analysis, and insights, including turnover, staffing, and operational performance, in HR-related administrative processes (hiring, staffing, terminating, servicing associates, HR, and people leaders). Handle ad-hoc requests from Legal for litigation or compliance-related matters. Develop reports and dashboards to reflect trends, key issues, and business performance. Participate in monthly headcount reconciliation, partnering with Senior HR Leaders, Finance, and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure effective communication and execution. Serve as back-up for the HR Analyst, responsible for the timely publication and accuracy of intranet content for HR-related pages. Collaborate with IT and internal customers on projects and production support activities, recommending and testing solutions. Participate in user acceptance testing, working with IT to resolve issues.Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, HR, or equivalent experience required.Related Experience/Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' experience compiling operational metrics from disparate systems. Experience with Workday and Workday reports is required. Experience with HR, workforce management. Experience working with large data sets to source, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and monitor HR process execution.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple leadership levels, both within and outside HR. Strong presentation skills, able to present effectively to leadership. Demonstrated ability to merge multiple data sources and conduct advanced analysis to identify trends and staffing-related insights. Highly flexible with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and solve issues systematically.
