HealthDriveis currently seeking a Regional Account Manager (RAM).This position carries a dual responsibility for both account management and retention of an existing territory facility account base, while additionally selling the depth and scope of HealthDrive’s multi-disciplinary medical and dental contract services to current and new prospective nursing homes and assisted living facilities.HealthDrive is the national leader in delivering integrated healthcare, providing on-site behavioral health, dentistry, optometry, podiatry and audiology to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities for more than thirty years.Act as field liaison between HealthDrive and our facility customer base.Adopt the HealthDrive philosophy of working within team selling/servicing approach to effectively maintain, build and grow facility account base and corresponding resulting revenue.With guidance from Senior Director of Operations (SDO) work to craft strategic plan toward building facility patient enrollment and recall.With direction from Regional Director of Operations (RDO), identify prospective area opportunities for new homes based on our ability to successfully service area and prospective contracts.Strive to add additional clinical contracts in facilities currently receiving HealthDrive services.Identify opportunities to leverage relationships from one facility to another in chain or multi-facility system.Initiate daily communication with SDO and Internal Field Operations team to discuss and timely resolve identifiable nursing home, family, and provider issues/concerns.Educate nursing home admission, medical, clinical, administrative, social work, business office and other personnel on the HealthDrive service program.Build and maintain strong working relationships with all facility decision makers including Administrator, Director of Nursing, Social Worker, Business Office Manager and other key nursing home personnel.Communicate with all appropriate facility personnel to enhance the provider schedule.Offer and introduce facility census audits with a view to enhancing provider productivity.We are looking for someone who has previous experience selling in a healthcare environment or nursing home company and has a working knowledge of sales and marketing strategies. The individual should possess the confidence, experience and skills to support organizational activities with the ability to manage conflict, strong decision-making skills and be a good communicator. They should also have the ability to manage a significant client base in a defined territory and be comfortable with driving distances between facility/sales calls.This is a remote position so the individual would need a reliable internet and quiet place to work.Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experiencePrefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or account management/client services roleMust have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
