At RealManage, we are always getting better.Facility ManagementHire and manage facility staff; maintain staff schedulesManage ongoing staff trainingManage maintenance of the facility by working with vendors, reporting problems, and monitoring work ordersReview, process, and manage all requests to reserve the recreation room/patioObtain bids for improvements or repairs to the facilities when necessary, or as requested.Respond to alarm calls or emergencies involving the onsite propertyMaintain debit card accounts for ordering suppliesWeekly inspection of all facilities and parksMaintain key FOB entry system and distribution of keys as necessaryMaintain RV lot log, applications, and waiting list, if applicableWork closely with the Community Manager to ensure that all needs of the facilities are being addressed or brought to the Board’s attentionCommunicationWrite monthly newsletterWrite and upload articles and update content for the community website/appMaintain community calendarsProvide regular email updates and written communication with residentsProvide a weekly update to the Board of DirectorsHomeowner InteractionProvide support for community clubs & organizationsRespond to homeowner requests/questionsInteract with management office on any service requests or inquiries received from the homeownersGeneral Management/Association SupportAttend HOA meetings and provide oral or written reports to the Board of DirectorsManage registered users on the community website/appManage homeowner content (message boards) on the community website/appUpload documents, files, articles, and photos to the community website/appOversee the architectural processEvent PlanningPlan special community-wide events throughout the yearPlan regular community activities, such as swim lessons, cooking classes, fitness programs, movie nights, educational seminars, story hours, etc.Provide sound feedback to the Board on what events work and those that don’tProvide creative suggestions to the Board for new eventsIn addition, the onsite director should….Have a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends when necessaryBe able to lift and carry boxes with event suppliesHave strong communication skills (oral and written)Have good computer skillsWork with little supervisionMaintain good problem-solving skilQualifications:Minimum of two-years in HOA property management; CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desiredCustomer service focused; CAMs service their client on a daily basisListening skills: CAMs need to listen to the problems of a client and provide a solution to meet the requests of the clientProactive: CAMs must proactively communicate with their client, team members, and superiorsManagement: CAMs must manage the budget, operations, schedules of a community associationWinner: RealManage has a winning culture and is second to nonePay and Benefits:$26.00 to $31.00 hour, depending on education and experience.Benefits include:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife and Disability InsuranceHSA (Required High Deductible Medical Plan to be eligible)FSAEducation Reimbursement401K matchingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)11 paid Holidays
