Building and managing relationships with current and new customers. Responsible for communicating with the customer for scheduling, status, or completion. Oversee accounts and be the customer’s point of contact for their requests/needs. Confer with National Account customers by telephone or email to provide the information needed.Strong phone and computer skills, must be able to do both at onceAbility to always project a positive attitudeAbility to multi-taskAbility to work on a team or on an individual project.Ability to explain technician information to non-technical individualsEffective interpersonal skills to represent the company to new and existing customersMust be organized, self-driven, and customer service focusedTroubleshoot, resolve, and document problems with service calls to meet established turnaround times. Assist employees in the execution of their duties by acting as a resource for timely, effective use of services. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Other duties as assigned.High School diploma or equivalent required.
