And through our network of 38 offices spanning five continents, we can deliver for our customers anywhere around the globe.Pull and stage equipment from warehouse for outgoing and incoming orders, including specialized equipment and items needing reach from a lift truckScan corresponding barcodes for each item, including multiple pieces within one unitScan incoming equipment when returned and check for missing parts and damagePerform initial preparation and maintenance measures including minor repairsInitiate damage and lost items reporting to supervisorAssist with loading and unloading trucksPrioritize work based on shipping needs and turnaround timesWork cooperatively within a team and with other departmentsDemonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skillsPerform other duties as assigned by supervisorAttention to detail and ability to multi-task are very importantPositive, can-do attitude; willingness to learnPrior experience working with audio/visual and other media equipmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to become forklift certifiedHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsAvailability to work overtime during peak seasonsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basisAbility to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.
