We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to the Call Center Manager. The ideal candidate willsupport the daily operations of the call center, with a focus on managing and improving subscriberperformance. This role will involve working with HubSpot, SMS Campaign Manager, and collaborating closelywith the Customer Success Team. Subscriber Management:● Download the subscriber list from HubSpot on a daily basis.● Launch new subscribers in the SMS Campaign Manager, ensuring that campaignsalign with the subscriber's preferences as listed in the Hive and are launched bythe date specified in HubSpot.● Update the shared spreadsheets with the campaigns that are launched2. Campaign Performance Monitoring:● Monitor and check for any expired campaigns and relaunch them accordingly.● Pull appointment reports to check for any underperforming subscribers and takethe necessary steps to adjust campaigns.● Conduct audits of tickets within the SMS Messenger platform to ensure subscriberissues are addressed3. Reporting & Auditing:● Download the daily CSV file of subscribers and upload it into HubSpot.● Regularly audit campaign performance and take corrective action when needed tomaintain high levels of performance.4. Communication & Collaboration:● Liaise with the Customer Success Team to communicate about subscriberperformance, making necessary adjustments to campaigns based on theirfeedback and requests.● Ensure that the needs and preferences of subscribers are accurately reflected in allcampaigns to optimize performance.The RequirementsMUST-HAVE:5+ years of relevant experience as a Call Center ManagerHas 3+ years of experience working with HubspotStrong analytical skills with an ability to audit performance data.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Ability to multitask Jumpstart your application by filling out our application form AND completing the video recording ahead of time!
