We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health, psychiatric, and psychological testing services in Florida through in-person visits and virtually through our secure online telehealth, telepsychiatry platform. We are continually growing our staff and client base at our current locations and developing new locations throughout Florida.Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above.Our approach is to develop trust and confidence with our clients and treat each patient/client with compassion and respect. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patient/client's specific needs.Qualifications / SkillsBachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in the office settingPreferred experience in building maintenance and complianceA current Florida Drivers LicenseGeneral Responsibilities The Operations Assistant is responsible for training providers and staffThe Operation Assistant will assist the Office Assistants in new and existing office locationsAssist the Production and Maintenance and IT Department in ensuring compliance of office procedures, and HUPC locations adhere to proper safety standardsAssist in business growth and development projects, including but not limited to exploring new properties for suitability to open new officesCompensation PackageExcellent base compensationQuarterly Performance BonusBenefits Health, vision, and dental insuranceRetirement Benefit: 401K plan, eligible after one year of full-time employmentPaid and unpaid time offPaid Major HolidaysAdvantagesFull administrative supportLatest in digital technologyStrong focus on work/life balanceWork schedule:40 hrs.
