Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Additional Educational Requirements : In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations. Minimum Years of Experience : 3 year(s) Preferred Qualifications : Degree Preferred : Master Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thorough abilities and understanding of, and/or a proven record of success with contributing or managing specific workstreams of client engagements that involve, the following areas: Understanding Revenue Cycle Transaction life cycles of healthcare provider organizations; Understanding Revenue Cycle operations related to patient access, middle revenue cycle, Accounts Receivable, etc.; Understanding operations and administration of Revenue Cycle for healthcare provider organizations; and, Demonstrating proven thorough abilities and success with utilizing tools and techniques to contribute to the delivery of revenue cycle strategies for healthcare provider clients. Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with working collaboratively and independently to address client needs by: Actively participating in client discussions and meetings; Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services; Managing engagements; Preparing concise, accurate documents, including utilizing PC applications including utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, Alteryx, Tableau to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients; and, Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues. Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by: Creating a positive environment; Monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations; Respecting the work-life quality of team members; Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; Keeping leadership informed of progress and issues; Answering questions and providing direction to less experienced staff; and, Developing, writing, presenting and facilitating discussions on strategy to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
