PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate international and export communications and customer concerns, including product update/changes, availability, scheduling, delivery, pricing, and new product development. Process all international orders. Issue pro forma invoices, IMO's, SLI's, and special quotations. Responsible for coordinating shipments, providing necessary documentation, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. Provide sales support in development/growth at key international accounts. Maintain the integrity of the international pricing structure and database on the internal computer system. Work with the EH&S Manager on changes/updates to SDS's. Coordinate all RMA/credit requests and follow through with company paperwork. Primary backup for domestic Customer Service team - answer phones, customer inquiries, process orders, etc. May be assigned specific customer accounts to manage. Promote, support, and adhere to all safety, environmental and quality related policies and procedures. 3 years of work experience in international exports, customer service or equivalent. Understanding and previous experience of ERP systems. Syspro experience a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word. Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with international colleagues and customers. Ability to interact effectively with other departments, including Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Ability to pass DOT/IATA/IMDG classes.
