Advanced Project Manager The Advanced Project Manager will plan, execute, and lead systems engineering for eVinci. Working closely with applicable eVinci engineering and project leadership to manage engagements with key program stakeholders. This is a Mobile/Hybrid working opportunity (2 - 3 days/week) in the Etna, PA facility. No relocation is provided. No sponsorship is available for this role. Your Day to Day: Project Management: directly supporting the engineering managed scope for eVinci design Responsible for scope control and ownership Lead scope management, schedule status and modifications, and provide monthly reporting. PM delivery of the design for systems engineering scope and coordinate with team members. Manage selected Sub contractor's POs to include quality, timeliness and budget on deliverables Communicate program updates with internal leadership for the eVinci Program Support the existing project management organization. Lead proposal efforts for new bids Management: Internal and External Stakeholders Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the engineering management organization and support release to manufacturing activities with our sub suppliers and vendors as necessary. Build capacity and knowledge of each key stakeholder to ensure effective communication outcomes by clearly defining lines of communication. Identify stakeholder issues, interests, and concerns to better define program alignment and provide direct technical input/feedback to the eVinci design team. Maintain stakeholder relationships once established through regular communication activities. Make the routine, routine. Update and maintain risk register for group. Seek updates and ensure accurate reporting/management. Manage project milestones Who You Are: Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or other technical-related area. 5-10 years professional experience in Program and Project management. PMI PMP certification desired Strong interpersonal and time management skills Track record delivering quality on time and within predictable cost controls Strong analytical thinking capability and ability to escalate issues as appropriate. General knowledge of nuclear industry and related associations. Organizational experience with planning, budgeting, operations and objectives. Knowledge of team building, planning techniques, principles and practices. Experience in developing and successfully implementing scope, schedule and budget plans. Good interpersonal and networking skills, articulate spokesperson. Why Westinghouse?
