Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% Onsite)Pay Rate: $18 - $21 per hourJob Type: Contract-to-HireJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18 - $21. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Process and verify invoices for paymentMatch purchase orders to invoices and ensure proper approvalsMaintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactionsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and process electronic transfers and paymentsAssist with month-end closing activitiesCommunicate effectively with vendors and internal departmentsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of accounts payable experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExperience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle confidential information with integrityPay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nikki Caudill Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
