Warehouse Manager - 77260 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Inventory Specialist What do you get to do in this position? We are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Inventory Specialist to maintain all warehouse, fleet and facility activities, ensure efficient processes, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse and office space. The responsibilities include team lead for the office concierge, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. What will help you to be successful? 2- 3 years prior similar experience Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Outlook, Excel and Teams Possess knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, and production/order requirements Good knowledge of an ERP system - MS Dynamics is Prefered Passionate for digital tools, Innovation mindset and change management aptitude Knowledge of the main office software and information systems Having worked in warehouse logistics will be considered as a plus Have an understanding of lean manufacturing principles will be considered as a plus. What will you be responsible for in this position? Ensuring the continuous optimization of the warehouse through the implementation of improvement projects focused on the efficiency of receiving, tracking and storing materials as well as returns and repairs. Optimize the flow of goods in and out, and tailor the strategies between warehouse and front lines to ensure delivery timelines are met for all projects. Management of lettered fleet vehicles through the implementation of improvement projects focused on documentation management (vehicle registration and insurance), vehicle maintenance, vehicle monitoring tools, toll transponders and parking placard renewal. Implementation of improvement projects focused on the inventory management and distribution of employee PPE, work tools, vehicle material stock inventory. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Clean driving record This position will require a high level of organizational expertise, along with a customer centric, self-starting, adaptable, and team player mind-set Physical Demands Load, unload, move, put-away, and stage products and materials using a forklift, or other power equipment Operate machinery - walk behind forklift Ability to lift 50lbs For this Pennsylvania based position, the expected compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
