Job Posting Title Recruitment Coordinator - REMOTE Job Description The Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure the successful acquisition of talented employees. This role is responsible for supporting all Prime offices and works to foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities Coordinate interview schedules in an organized and timely fashion and provide detailed interview confirmations to all candidates, including travel arrangements when applicable Prepare and send out offer letters and new hire packets and coordinate completion of new hire paperwork to ensure successful employee on-boarding Manage background/reference checks and drug test administration for all new hires, and coordinate the remote I-9 process as appropriate; monitor status on a daily basis and provide necessary updates to recruiters Assist the recruitment team with posting open positions on job boards and sourcing of resumes, pre-screening of candidates and recruitment of non-exempt positions as needed Assist in maintaining candidate information in Prime's Applicant Tracking System Assist the Recruitment team with all campus recruiting and intern efforts Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in Human Resources or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in Human Resources; HS diploma or GED is required Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to communicate and interface with all levels of the organization Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, task/deadline- oriented environment Preferred Qualifications 1 year of administrative support experience Prior experience with interview scheduling in a high-volume recruiting environment Minimum Physical Job Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime as needed Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear Frequently required to reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Reporting Structure Reports to Supervisor or Manager in Talent Acquisition Potential pay for this position ranges from $20.43 - $29.09 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
